  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Allow 1-2 days for the fulfillment process complete when your order is shipped.
  • Items shipped from partner vendors may take from 4-6 business days for fulfillment.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Saltsmartmarket and our dropship partners use USPS, UPS, & FedEx ground to deliver your order quickly and securely. The available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days (within the U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping: Choose at checkout 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier availability.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and will be based on carrier calculations or according to the following table for SHF products.  A few products ship directly from the supplier with cost determined by weight, size or possibly free over a certain dollar amount or for certain items.  The cost for these products will be listed separately and calculated at checkout.  No minimum order.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
  • Restricted Locations: Currently, we only ship to the continental United States.

 

Missing or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, if you experience any issues with your order, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
